Zurich, Switzerland | November 2024 – Nanozeolite Energy LLC, a Florida-based technology company, has announced the acquisition of nine industrial additive manufacturing plants to support the development and production of its innovative platform: the Three-Dimensional Matricial Energy Storage Unit – ZeoGraf.

The newly acquired units—Industrial Additive Screen Printing Production Systems—are now fully operational in Zurich, Switzerland, and mark a critical milestone in the transition of ZeoGraf from concept to functional prototyping and industrialization.

🧠 ZeoGraf: Intelligent 3D Energy Storage

ZeoGraf is a modular, high-density energy platform that integrates graphene-based active materials, functionalized zeolites, and photonic control technologies into a tridimensional encapsulated architecture. Its volumetric efficiency and customizability position it as a next-generation solution for e-mobility, defense, and renewable energy systems.

The newly installed plants will be used to manufacture the first 50 functional prototypes, handling every step of the process—from structural assembly and encapsulation to the integration of active materials.

🤝 A Global Technological Ecosystem

This acquisition forms part of a broader strategic alliance with Exentis Group, responsible for providing and adapting the additive manufacturing systems. It is also supported by ACS Materials and Graphmatech, trusted international suppliers of advanced raw materials including graphene, aerogels, and coating compounds.

The deal was executed via direct contract, as part of the larger ZeoGraf development framework, and all systems are fully operational as of December 2024.

📣 A Vision for Scalable Innovation

With this deployment, Nanozeolite strengthens its position as a key player in the field of advanced energy storage technologies powered by nanoengineered materials.

"This stage marks the beginning of ZeoGraf’s transition from lab-scale design to industrial and commercial validation. The technology ecosystem we are building across Europe is essential to turning this vision into reality," said Rocco Roldán, Director of International Procurement at Nanozeolite Energy.
